Beck Entertainment Website Bot Guide

How to request website updates in Telegram, review previews, and approve only changes that are ready to go live.

Bot: @IMBeckbot Updated: 6 July 2026 Status: production verified

Overview

The Beck website bot lets approved users request website content changes from Telegram. You describe the change, the bot prepares a preview, and nothing is published to the live website until an approved preview is sent through the release flow.

Website copy

Update visible copy on talent pages, event pages, service pages, About sections, contact details, and selected client or listing text.

Talent content

Create talent profiles, update bios, set categories, change visibility, and add approved public media such as YouTube embeds.

Images and previews

Add images from Telegram uploads or Google Drive folders, then review the generated website preview before publishing.

Safest rule: send one complete website task in one Telegram message. Clear page paths, replacement copy, and Drive links make the bot more reliable.
Not a general chat assistant: the bot can answer selected website-content questions, but its main job is preparing website changes and previews.

Workflow

Treat the bot like a website change request desk. It prepares a preview first, then waits for your decision.

1

Send one request

Message @IMBeckbot with the page and the change. Use one message per task where possible.

2

Wait for the preview

The bot edits the website files, runs checks, deploys a preview, and sends a preview link when ready.

3

Review carefully

Open the preview. Check copy, images, links, layout, and whether the correct page changed.

4

Approve, revise, or reject

Use Approve only when the preview is ready to publish. Use Revise for fixes or Reject to discard the change.

Approve

Publish the previewed change to the live website. Only use this after reviewing the preview.

Revise

Ask for another change to the same preview. Send one clear follow-up message with the exact fixes.

Reject

Discard the preview. Use this when the request was wrong, the wrong page changed, or you want to start again.

Writing Requests

The bot works best when each message contains the target page, the action, and the exact source material.

Include

  • Page name, URL, or path such as /talent/adam-katz.
  • The action: create, update, replace, add, remove, hide, or unlist.
  • Exact replacement copy where possible.
  • Drive folder or file links in the same message.
  • Clear image instructions: hero, profile photo, gallery, add, or replace.

Avoid

  • Sending only a Drive folder without naming the page.
  • Splitting one task across many messages.
  • Writing vague requests such as "fix this page".
  • Combining unrelated website changes in one request.
  • Approving a preview that still has incorrect content.
Strong request pattern
Update /talent/adam-katz

Replace the first paragraph of the bio with:
Adam Katz is one of Australia's most versatile performers, blending live vocals with DJ sets to create memorable event experiences.

Keep the existing images and videos unchanged.

Talent Pages

For a new talent profile, include the name, category, bio, media links, image instructions, and whether it should be unlisted until approval.

Create a talent page

Create a new talent page.

Name: Ava Sinclair
Category: DJ
Genres: house, disco, pop, commercial

Bio:
Ava Sinclair is a Melbourne DJ known for polished event sets, modern house, disco, and high-energy dance floors.

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/example
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=example

Images:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/example-folder-id

Use the image named Ava Hero 01.jpg as the hero image.
Keep the page unlisted until I approve the preview.

Edit an existing page

Include the path and exact change. The bot can update bios, categories, genres, visibility, hero image instructions, and selected media removals.

Update /talent/duchess-kay

Replace the bio with:
Duchess Kay is a Melbourne DJ specialising in luxury weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations.

Hide or unlist

Use a clear path and say whether the profile should be hidden from listings or kept as an unlisted page.

Hide /talent/example-artist from public listings.

Events And Galleries

For event updates, include the event URL or path, usually /work/page-slug.

Text fields

Update event title, client name, date, venue, location, opening copy, description, tags, and category text.

Galleries

Add event gallery images from Telegram uploads or Google Drive when the target event is named clearly.

Visibility

Hide or unlist an event from public listings when it should no longer appear on the website.

Add event gallery images
Add all photos from this Drive folder to /work/diamond-club-launch-2024:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/example-folder-id

Add them to the existing gallery. Do not replace the current images.
Add directly uploaded Telegram photos
Add these attached photos to /work/diamond-club-launch-2024 gallery.
Save them as the next numbered gallery images.
Keep all existing event copy and existing images unchanged.
Verified behavior: direct gallery image upload was re-tested on local and production. The bot accepted two uploaded images together, saved both, created a preview, and the preview showed the new numbered gallery images while keeping the existing page content.

Media Rules

Photos and Drive folders

Drive links must be in the same message as the target page. For Telegram photo uploads, include the page path in the caption or follow-up request and say whether the photos are for a hero image, profile photo, or gallery.

For /talent/ava-sinclair, use this Drive folder:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/example-folder-id

Use Ava Hero 01.jpg as the hero image.
Add all other images to the gallery.

YouTube embeds only

Talent videos are accepted as YouTube embeds only. Do not send direct video uploads, Drive video folders, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, or Apple Music links for talent video/media sections.

Add this YouTube video to /talent/ava-sinclair:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=example
Important: direct uploaded talent video files are not accepted. If a talent video should appear on the website, upload it to YouTube first and send the YouTube link with the target /talent/... page.

Review Checklist

Use this checklist before pressing Approve. The preview is the last checkpoint before publishing.

Content checks

  • The correct page changed.
  • Page title, talent name, event name, and category are correct.
  • Paragraphs, spelling, punctuation, and tone look right.
  • Links open correctly.
  • No unrelated copy changed.

Image and media checks

  • The hero image is correct.
  • Gallery images are present and in an acceptable order.
  • There are no unexpected duplicates.
  • YouTube embeds open as expected.
  • The page looks acceptable on mobile and desktop for visual changes.
If anything looks wrong, do not approve. Use Revise for small fixes or Reject when the request should be discarded.
Good revision message
Please revise the preview:

- Use Ava Hero 03.jpg as the hero image instead.
- Change the category from DJ to vocalist.
- In the bio, replace "corporate functions" with "corporate events".
- Keep the page unlisted.

Commands

Type these directly in your Telegram chat with the bot.

CommandUse
/helpShow the short command guide in Telegram.
/statusCheck the current request, including whether a preview is ready.
/newStart a fresh topic before a separate new task.
/cancelCancel the active request and discard its preview or in-progress work.
/resumeResume one of your recent finished topics.
/titleName the current topic so it is easier to find later, for example /title Yana talent page.
Admin-only commands: some accounts may also see commands such as /prs and /history. Use these only if the team has asked you to manage previews or rollback options directly.

Current QA

Readiness snapshot as of 6 July 2026. The latest local and production live Telegram E2E sweeps were run against the deployed production bot version, and production ended healthy with no active jobs or active agents.

Tested in the latest local and production sweep

FeatureStatusPractical guidance
Basic commandsTested live/help, /status, /new, and /resume responded correctly.
Direct uploaded talent video fileRejected liveThe bot rejected the upload and asked for a YouTube link. No preview PR was created.
Drive video folder for talent mediaRejected liveThe bot treated this as unsupported talent media and kept the workflow out of preview generation.
Valid YouTube talent embedTested liveThe preview rendered YouTube embeds and no direct <video> tag was introduced.
Gallery image uploadsTested liveTwo Telegram-uploaded images were accepted together, previewed as new numbered gallery images, and existing content remained present.
Create unlisted talent profileTested liveA new unlisted profile preview with a YouTube embed was generated and verified on the preview URL.
Approve-to-live publishingNot run in sweepThe test intentionally used Reject and Cancel cleanup only. Approve publishes to the live website and should only be used for real approved changes.
Second-account onboarding/access requestRecommended checkStill worth smoke-testing separately if a new client user needs access.
Bottom line: the bot is ready for normal copy edits, previews, review, revisions, YouTube talent embeds, direct photo/gallery intake, and unlisted talent-page preview creation. Continue reviewing every preview before approval.
